At Kerala Association of Professional Social Workers (KAPS), we actively engage in several initiatives that support our mission to uplift the social work profession and enhance community well-being across Kerala.

1. Continuing Education Programs:
We conduct regular workshops, webinars, and certification courses for practicing social workers, ensuring they stay updated with the latest knowledge and ethical practices in the field.

2. School Counselling Empowerment:
In collaboration with school-based counselors, KAPS provides training and support for addressing student mental health, academic challenges, and family dynamics effectively.

3. Grassroots Collaboration Projects:
We work closely with initiatives such as Kudumbashree and NRHM to implement community-based programs focusing on women empowerment, rural health, and inclusive development.

4. Advocacy for Social Justice:
KAPS regularly takes part in policy consultations, public campaigns, and awareness drives to champion social inclusion, equity, and human rights at the state and national levels.

5. Research & Knowledge Building:
Through our network of academic institutions and ASSK, we initiate and support research projects aimed at improving social work education and informing evidence-based practice across Kerala.
