Social Work Leaders’ Meet – Thiruvananthapuram
Under the leadership of the Kerala Association of Professional Social Workers (KAPS), Social Work Leaders from all 14 districts of Kerala will gather at the Mariarani Centre, Thiruvananthapuram, to deliberate on the future and potential of the social work profession in the Kerala context.
The two-day meet will be held on January 9 and 10 (Friday and Saturday), with the participation of more than 80 social workers. The event will feature in-depth discussions and interactive sessions aimed at preparing a five-year roadmap for the advancement of the social work profession in the state.
Distinguished officials including A. Nizamudheen IAS, Director General of KILA, L. Radhakrishnan IRS, Anu S. Nair IAS, along with several senior officers holding MSW qualifications and serving in various government departments, will lead the discussions.
The Social Work Leaders’ Meet will conclude on Saturday evening.
