State General Body Meeting to be Held on 20 September 2025 at St. Albert’s College, Ernakulam

We are pleased to inform you that the State General Body Meeting is scheduled
to be held on Saturday, 20th September 2025, at St. Albert’s College (Autonomous), Ernakulam. The meeting will commence at 10:30 AM with an
input session.
Please note that only those members who have been selected by their respective District Committees and whose names have been submitted to the State Committee are eligible to participate in the General Body Meeting as per Bye- law Clause 5.2(b).
We request you to kindly verify with your District President and Secretary whether your name has been included in the district list of participants. If your
name is not included, please contact them immediately and ensure that you are added to the list of eligible participants from your district to attend state general
body meeting.
We look forward to your active participation and valuable representation of your
