The Kerala Association of Professional Social Workers (KAPS), in association with Play Patio Theatre, Thrissur, proudly launches LEAD LAB—a flagship leadership development initiative designed to nurture the next generation of professional social work leaders across Kerala.
Beginning in 2026, LEAD LAB will be conducted in four regional editions (Southern Region , South Central Region , North Central Region , Northern Region), creating a statewide platform for BSW and MSW students to develop the leadership competencies, professional values, and practical skills required for the future of social work.
